Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible if submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored except in cases of billing errors or extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.

2. How to Request a Refund

All purchases of Sideboard Pro are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund requests on our behalf.

To request a refund:

1. Contact Paddle directly via their buyer support portal at paddle.net
2. Provide your order confirmation number and the email address used at checkout
3. State that you are requesting a refund under the 30-day guarantee

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Upon refund approval, your Sideboard Pro license will be deactivated.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
• Purchases where a license key has been distributed to multiple users in violation of the single-user license terms
• Fraudulent or abusive refund requests

5. Free Version

The free version of Sideboard is available at no cost and is not subject to refunds. You may uninstall the App at any time without charge.

6. Complaints

If your refund request is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us at softtoollab@gmail.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 business days.

If the issue remains unresolved after contacting us, you may escalate the matter to Paddle's buyer support or your local consumer protection authority.
